In Thomas we are encouraged to pursue our own path. What I call the Lone Seeker is lost, as she is found, in the Unity of everything. Hers is a clear and measured voice. There is no need for her to shout over others for she is never not heard. She is both alone and also never alone, an ambiguity that she is completely comfortable with. She is the one who references her own innate sense of the Divine.
